What you need:
Sourdough Boule - sliced
Butter
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Garlic Salt
Cookie Sheet
Steps:
1) Butter the sliced sourdough.
2) Lightly sprinkle on the grated Parmesan cheese.
3) Sprinkle on the garlic salt.
4) Place on the cookie sheet and broil.
Keep an eye on the bread while it is in the oven so that you get you preferred color. Every oven is different.
